With Two Decades of Experience in Polyurethane, Haoyou Adhesives Completes Facility Upgrading and Expansion, Building a New Modern Industrial Base

       Recently, the industrial upgrading and expansion project of Haoyou Adhesives, the core brand of Hebei Jimai Jimai Polyurethane Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd., was fully completed, and its modern standardized production facility was officially put into large-scale operation. The company has been deeply engaged in polyurethane synthetic materials for filters for more than 20 years, originally starting its development in Anping County. As market scale continued to expand and demand for industry cooperation surged, the production capacity and standardized supporting facilities of the original aging site could no longer keep pace with the company's rapid development. Therefore, the company invested tens of millions of yuan to launch a comprehensive plant upgrading and renovation project.

       The new facility is located west of the intersection of Ping'an Road and Wusong East Street, Gexianzhuang Town, Qinghe County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. It offers outstanding location and transportation advantages, is close to major logistics routes, and enables efficient raw material storage and full-truck shipment of finished products. It also facilitates on-site inspections and technical coordination for customers from across China and overseas. This expansion is not merely an enlargement of factory buildings; it also includes simultaneous upgrades to the software and hardware supporting the entire production, testing, R&D, and warehousing chain. Complete sets of automated production equipment, constant-temperature testing laboratories, and raw material pretreatment systems have been introduced to achieve standardized zoned control of production processes, substantially improving overall production capacity and standardized quality control.
